Below is a customer who wants an absolutely perfect watch band for his Cartier Santos. What do you think about it?

Before I agree to purchase a strap and buckle from you, I need your reassurance that ALL of the following items will be addressed…
-The strap needs to be an EXACT match in colour to the following; not lighter or darker than the strap shown below…
-The strap needs to have a matte finish (no sheen) as shown below…
-The fit of the strap to the watch and buckle needs to be absolutely perfect, exactly as a Cartier OEM strap/buckle would fit.
-The stitch pattern and spacing needs to be absolutely perfect, exactly like on an OEM Cartier strap. The stitching on the straps which you have sent pictures of, doesn’t appear as perfect and straight as seen below…
-The horizontal stitches need to be perfectly positioned and visible like this…
-The stitch colour (lighter blue compared to strap colour) and thickness of thread needs to be exactly as shown below…
-The buckle (Santos 100 style) needs to be produced to the absolute highest quality and finish, Also, once the straps are fitted, the buckle needs to sit in center of my wrist (approx 17cm).
-You agree to accept a return and full refund if the strap or buckle doesn’t meet my expectations.

The buckle is actually for Cartier Santos 100, NOT for the NEW Cartier Santos. read this page for more information about Cartier Santos 2021 buckle type.

I am sorry but we can not guarantee the color will be exact match, Leather color may differ from the picture depending on the computer/mobile screen. Unless you can ship the watch band color to us, we will pick up the most accurate color next to the blue color for you.

Yes, no problem. we have matte leather material (no shiny)

I am sorry we can not guarantee this, the thread is hand-stitched, and 90% of stitches are perfect like this, but if you care too much about this, we can not guarantee absolutely perfect for you.

Yes, we have a free return policy, the watch band has to be brand new (there are no traces of wearing or folding ), so that we can resell it as new (To be honest, the watch band length is custom handmade according to your actual wrist size, it is hard to resell since other customers who wants the same color may have different wrist size than yours)
